Finding Peace: Mental Health Support and Resources
When being alone feels overwhelming
Mental illness can feel all-consuming some days. Wherever you're struggling, I have provided some resources to help you talk it, feel through it, or learn more about why you feel the way you do. From articles and blogs to expert advice and online communities, this website is designed to be a safe space where you can explore your feelings and connect with others who are going through similar experiences.
Online Communities
There are communities out there that feel passionately about mental health and are there to help you. Koko is a community that you can anonymously message via Discord or Tumblr to gain positive feedback from others. They even have a Discord server you can join and work through mental health with others. Check out all about them here.
